Can I pay my account yearly?
Each year, the Solid Waste office offers a discounted yearly rate. That payment must be posted in our office by January 31st in order to receive that yearly discount. The yearly fee is posted on 1st quarter bills in December.
What if my trash can was not serviced?
If on your service day, by late afternoon, you see that you were not serviced, please call our office immediately to report a missed service. This will allow our office time to send that in and have someone come out to service you.
When can I file for Exemption?
The Solid Waste Exemption program runs between September 1st and November 30th each year. No late applications accepted.
